Wine Club FAQ

How does The Cellar work?
You sign up right here on our site. Each month, our seasoned associates choose a fine red and white wine for you to enjoy. Starting the first Friday of every month, your wines will be packaged and set aside for you to pick up at your leisure. Each subscription includes two wines, literature about the current month's selection, and discounts on future select wine purchases. Members of The Cellar club also gain exclusive access to Coral Bay's database of Beer, Wine, and Spirits, including tasting notes, ratings, and food pairings.

How long will the wines be available to me?
Your wines will be available for the entire month after they are released. Coral Bay will keep your package for you until the last day of the month. At that time, the wine will no longer be available for pickup. Unfortunately, the price of any wine packages not picked up cannot be refunded, so hurry in a get your wines as soon as they are released!

How and when will I be billed?
You may choose to pay through your PayPal account or use a debit or credit card. After signing up, you will receive an email confirming your membership in The Cellar. The first Friday of every month, you will be billed automatically for your wine club subscription.
Note: If you signed up after the applicable registration period, you will not be billed until the next month’s wine is released. For example, if you missed the deadline to sign up for May’s release (April 17th), you will not be billed until June 1st for the release of June’s wines. 

Do I have to use PayPal?
No! You are able to pay with a debit or credit card. However, if you wish to sign up for PayPal, you can find instructions on how to do so here. (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Help/general/TopQuestion2-outside)

When can I register?
You can register for The Cellar at anytime! However, you must sign up two (2) weeks in advance of a wine’s release to ensure that month’s wine package. If you sign up after this period, you will be automatically enrolled for the next month’s release.

How do I change, manage, or cancel my subscription?
Unsubscribe - Click Here or call Call (970) 356-5418 and ask for Eric, the Cellar Manager!
Change - You must unsubscribe (see above) from your old membership and sign-up for a new one.
NOTE: Membership changes/cancellations must be made on the wine club website (coralbayspirits.com/WineClub). Processed club orders will not be refunded. Because of this, any changes/cancellations must be made by the 25th of the previous month. 

Do I have to pick up my wine package, or can I send my husband/wife/brother/sister/lover/friend/stranger I just met on the street etc.?
You are not required to pick up your wines, but we’d love to see you anyways! If you are unavailable to make it into the store, you can send someone to pick up your wine package. To ensure the wines are given to the right person, we will need to confirm the email address and full name of the person who holds the subscription. Anyone picking up your wines must be at least 21 years of age - for legal reasons, of course!

Can I give a subscription to The Cellar as a gift?
Currently, you cannot. But we are hard at work at making this an option! Stay tuned for future updates.
