Wine Club Agreement

I understand that on the first (1st) of every month, I will automatically be billed for the retail price of the wine club subscription, plus any applicable taxes.
- I understand that I am responsible for pick up my Cellar Club package at Coral Bay Wine and Spirts. Each month’s package will be available for pick up beginning the first Friday of every month. Coral Bay will keep your package for you until the last day of the month. At that time, the wine will be absorbed into Coral Bay’s stock and the price of any wine packages not picked up will not be refunded to the buyer.
- Due to ordering and fulfillment requirements, members must sign up at least two weeks in advance of the release of each wine. Members who enroll after this deadline will not receive their wine until the subsequent month, and will be billed accordingly.
- Membership changes/cancellations must be made on the wine club website (coralbayspirits.com/WineClub). Processed club orders will not be refunded. Because of this, any changes/cancellations must be made by the last day of the previous month.
- Wine club benefits, including the wine itself, must be accepted by the wine club subscriber, with a valid ID.
- Wine club benefits are not transferable.
- There are no substitutions on the curated club selections.
- The wine subscription must be purchased for by an adult 21 years of age or older. The wine package must also be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older upon pickup.
- I agree that, as a Wine Club Member, I am subscribing to promotional and educational emails from Coral Bay and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
- Cancelations - Membership changes/cancellations must be made on the wine club website (coralbayspirits.com/WineClub). Processed club orders will not be refunded. Because of this, any changes/cancellations must be made by the 25th of the previous month.
